We wanted this to be our “What We Did During Summer Vacation” back-to-school essay. Unfortunately, however, summer is not when we take our vacations. And if we’re telling the truth, it took almost the last two decades of summers (not what we did just this particular one) for us to build up to receiving our two most recent accolades:

First, Four Seasons Magazine, the glossy luxury travel quarterly of the legendary international five-star hotels and resorts was kind enough to include Palmaz Vineyards as one of their “Best Wineries in Napa Valley”.  If you are planning a trip to Napa Valley, perhaps a nice respite at the Four Seasons San Francisco before or after your wine country journey might be in order.

And as if that weren’t enough, San Francisco Magazine followed up by listing Palmaz as one of the “Top Wine Caves to Beat the Summer Heat”. And they know from heat by the Bay this summer. For once, the coldest winter you ever spent wasn’t a summer in San Francisco.
