Florencia Palmaz and a team of master butchers worked together to portion their extraordinary beef using inspiration from the great American steakhouses, Latin American asados, European fine dining, and traditional Japanese cuisine.
Each box contains a sampling of assorted cuts of our 100% grass-fed prime wagyu that generously feeds two people for 8 meals. Timing of your shipment will depend on availability and frequency. For your convenience, we will make every effort to evenly space your shipment throughout the year.
