Just like traditional pork bacon, our smoked beef bacon is made from the belly of the animal. Smoked beef bacon has less fat than the pork version, but just as much savory bacon flavor. We have it gently cured and smoked at our preferred artisanal smokehouse on the Mendocino coast of California, so you can substitute it for regular bacon in almost any recipe. These random cut pieces of the ends of the bacon slab are loaded with savory bacon flavor and perfect for dicing and preparing like pancetta in many dishes.
