Virtual Asado
Argentines are known for their asados, and Christian Gaston has learned his technique from the masters. Each feast is a time to gather around the fire with our facons and explore the glories of great Cabernet and traditional asado. Although we love to celebrate with you in person, we understand that is not always possible. So we’d like to invite you to join us virtually for our annual Brasas At the Table Event - The Asado. How it Works: We’ll send you our Brasas Asado Event Package that includes:
- one Genesee Valley Ranch grass-fed wagyu Tomahawk steak
- one pound Genesee Valley Ranch grass-fed wagyu ground beef
- traditional Argentinean empanada dough
- Amalia’s famous beef empanada recipe
- one bottle of Amalia Chardonnay
- one bottle of Brasas Cabernet Sauvignon
You will have access to Florencia’s cooking video explaining tips and tricks to making her Mother’s empanadas (a family favorite!) at home. Then, join us Saturday, October 10th at 6PM PDT for an evening of grilling and musical entertainment. Kits can comfortably feed 3-4 people, $550 per kit.
